Job Summary
Assist callers impacted by severe flooding, providing empathetic and effective support while responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Document interactions thoroughly, maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, and escalate complex cases as needed. Offer follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and participate in team meetings to enhance service quality. This role operates under a U.S. Federal Contract, requiring strict compliance with federal guidelines and a Level 2 fingerprint background check. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Candidates must complete a six-week mandatory training program with full attendance required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Must pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts
- Attendance for the full duration of the training is mandatory

- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
