Job Summary
Bilingual Family Support Coordinator responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with families enrolled in Project Eagle, coordinating comprehensive services across health, social services, disabilities, and early childhood education, and linking families to community resources. Duties include home visits, parent meetings and conferences, developing Individual Family Partnership Agreements, facilitating transitions, administering screenings, advocating for families, coordinating training for parents, and participating in program activities and research. Requires education in related field with preferred Master's degree; bilingual English/Spanish; valid driver's license; and experience delivering family support services for children birth to five. Anticipated hourly pay $24.69 with benefits package; position in Kansas City Metro Area, KS/US.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling or closely related field
- Associates degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling, or closely related filed, plus 2 years relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field and willingness to complete a Family Development Credential (FDC) within 18 months
- Formal degree in the cited discipline area(s) to ensure knowledge
