Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive family medicine services for patients in both English and Spanish at two practice locations within Ontario, CA. Provide full-time coverage Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with no nights or weekends required. Deliver exceptional patient care utilizing strong communication skills while maintaining work-life balance within a supportive team environment. Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner status is required to begin.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in California
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be willing and able to work at both practice locations
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
