Job Summary

Bilingual Estate Planning Attorney responsible for advising clients and delivering estate planning, asset protection, probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning guidance. Meets with clients in English and Spanish; attends court hearings; drafts and oversees estate planning and elder law documents; manages active caseload with independence and professionalism. Leads educational seminars, workshops, and webinars for clients and community partners; participates in media appearances and community outreach to educate South Florida families. Builds relationships with referral sources and acts as a trusted ambassador for the firm within both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking communities. Hybrid role based in Miami-Dade/Broward offices with a Florida bar license and a commitment to compassionate client service.

Required Qualifications

  • Florida bar license
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experienced in estate planning, asset protection, probate, guardianship, and Medicaid planning
  • Comfortable managing an active caseload and working independently
  • Confident speaking in front of groups and representing the firm in the community
