Job Summary
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of senior case managers within a personal injury firm. Oversee the full lifecycle of case management including client communication, negotiations, documentation, and settlements; monitor pipeline activity and KPIs; conduct coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and one-on-one meetings; ensure adherence to quality standards and internal procedures; participate in hiring and training of new team members; focus on collaboration, coaching, and continuous improvement to drive outcomes and growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami Lakes, FL, requiring bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong leadership to deliver client service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of management experience overseeing a team of 5 or more case managers
- Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience in personal injury, including settlement and negotiations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
