Job Summary
Bilingual QA Specialist responsible for floor quality assurance, food safety documentation, and customer-service support. You will collect product samples, prepare items for third-party laboratory testing, maintain FSQA records, translate critical FSQA documents from English to Spanish, assist in preparing for audits (SQF, FDA, Organic, Kosher), monitor GMP adherence on the distribution center floor, log COAs, coordinate with labs, perform routine raw material and finished product testing, and support CAPA activities. Strong emphasis on bilingual communication, attention to detail, and upholding SQF/GFSI standards in a hands-on, on-site role. Requires 1–2 years of QA experience in food manufacturing and the ability to work in a bilingual English/Spanish environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in Food Safety/Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
