Job Summary
Monitor all employees on your shift, ensure they follow safety protocols, and coach new hires to meet productivity benchmarks. Track attendance and callouts, complete required paperwork, and act as the liaison between management and clients for timely updates. Drive and move rental cars, perform hands-on cleaning, and cover for the Site Manager or driver leads when needed. You must work PM shifts, weekends, and up to 8-hour shifts in inclement weather while maintaining a clean driving record. This operational role supports leading car rental companies across the country by optimizing back-end operations and ensuring vehicles are staged for new customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Must be open to working PM shifts and weekends
- Must have a Valid US driver's License
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving Record
- Previous leadership/ management experience required
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
- Ability to handle physical workload, getting in and out of vehicles safely
- Must be able to drive up to 8-hour shifts
- Must be able to walk, stand, and bend up to 8 hr shifts
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hr shift
- Weekend availability
- Jacksonville, FL 32245 (Preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Car rental or airport experience preferred
- Previous Rental Experience is a plus
