Job Summary
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Reductions/Closing Specialist at The Ward Law Group. On-site, full-time role in Miami Lakes, FL. Responsibilities include initiating courtesy calls to clients upon case assignment, explaining the reduction process, logging phone calls and documents into the online management system, linking releases onto Litify, confirming PIP benefits and damages, negotiating medical bills, maintaining regular client contact (biweekly), and developing/monitoring weekly projection reports. Additional duties cover general administrative tasks, obtaining insurance information, following up on treatment, obtaining medical records and billing statements, and communicating with insurers and adjusters. Requires fluent English and Spanish, strong communication, proactive problem-solving, multitasking, and the ability to work independently; overtime may be required.
