Job Summary
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-time Flex Houseparents for a two-person, legally married couple in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from rotating nine-on/three-off duties to a consistent Placed Houseparent role.
