Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on / three-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a single student home.
