Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Pa

Two-person married couple serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on-campus with a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and eligibility for required driver certifications; relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
