Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-on/three-off shifts to a placed houseparent arrangement. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requires experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
