Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Pa

Two-person married couple serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus, residing in student homes and supervising a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living and working with the same students in their home. Compensation includes salary per person plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be at least 27 years old, with up to three dependent children allowed in the home.
