Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, and provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial placements to a steady Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. The schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with on-site housing and benefits included. Requires a two-spouse, legally married partnership, willingness to relocate, and compliance with campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty). To be considered, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
