Job Summary
Bilingual English/Spanish Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and relocation assistance; requires being a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED.
