Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married individuals) reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, to supervise and guide 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, manage household routines and budgeting, and report on household operations. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided along with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Legally married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
