Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married-couple role residing on campus to supervise and guide 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and both spouses must be at least 27 years old and legally married for two years. On-site benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and housing/meals on duty.
