Job Summary
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and guiding a group of approximately 8–13 students, administering medications, coordinating schedules, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule across multiple homes and transitions to a placed houseparent role with a dedicated student home. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
