Job Summary
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus to care for and mentor a group of 8–13 students, oversee daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, manage budgeting and reporting, and eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. This two-person, married-couple role requires both spouses to complete individual applications, have a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The position includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off during the initial period, with on-campus housing and meals provided while on duty.

- capacity to lift 50 lbs
- commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
