Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus, residing in student homes and providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, activity planning, and devotional leadership for ~8–13 students. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting, student wellness, driving to activities, leading daily devotions, and coordinating Sunday Chapel. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Two-person role for couples
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
