Bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-time Flex Houseparents for a two-person, married couple team residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel visits, oversee budgeting, and coordinate activities. Initially support multiple student homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with eventual placement into a single house with the same group of students. Compensation includes salary per person and comprehensive benefits with relocation assistance; required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration and be at least 27 years old with at least two years of marriage. Additional roles include driving, planning developmental activities, and fostering student wellbeing in a structured, family-like environment.
