Job Summary
Two-person, married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, mentoring students, administering medications, driving and coordinating activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and managing a nine-on, three-off duty schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
