Job Summary
Manhattan-based Sr. Case Manager role focusing on pre-litigation personal injury cases. Serve as primary client contact, manage an active caseload, conduct settlement negotiations under attorney supervision, coordinate with insurance adjusters and medical providers, and ensure accurate documentation and case progression toward settlement or litigation. Requires strong organization, proactive follow-up, client-service orientation, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Experience with Litify or similar systems and a comfortable, client-focused demeanor in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Personal Injury Case Management, Pre-Litigation, or Bodily Injury Claims required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Litify or similar legal case management systems
