Bilingual English/Spanish Member Service Representative supporting Prospera Credit Union. Part-time (20 hours/week) role at Grand Chute with additional shift at Menasha/Appleton locations, handling professional, friendly member service interactions, processing financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.), identifying member needs, educating customers on products and services, and making referrals to specialists such as loans, investments, and mortgages. Requires strong verbal communication, attention to detail, prior retail/customer service experience, and language proficiency tested for bilingual eligibility.
