Job Summary
Coordinate patient visits, schedule treatment plans with physicians, and educate patients on treatment protocols, policies, and financial responsibilities. Track referrals, verify insurance eligibility, and assist with paperwork completion while ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining accurate patient data in the EMR. Respond to inquiries compassionately, assist patients in setting goals, and provide advocacy, information, and referral services. Act as a back-up to team members as needed. Work Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment, with hours ranging from 7:45am to 5pm depending on the day.

- A solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to 'get your hands dirty'
- A strong sense of urgency and focus in accomplishing tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant medical experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology & procedures, and the ability to intelligently and confidently converse with patients
- Knowledge of EMR system(s)
- Strong computer knowledge and windows program including Microsoft word/excel
