Job Summary
Deliver results on branch profitability goals while providing a quality customer experience through efficient execution of all transactions. Determine customer needs and provide solutions, handling cash and accurately entering data into the system. Contact customers regarding past due balances to negotiate payment terms and schedules, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Adhere strictly to safety, security, and compliance requirements. This role supports Money Mart's mission as North America's leading non-prime lender, contributing to our community initiatives and responsible innovation in financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Have a minimum of one year of financial services and or sales experience
- Have previous cash-handling experience
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Be sales driven
- Have a passion for customer service
- Candidates with a current First Aid and CPR certification will be considered an asset
