Job Summary
Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative for a Personal Injury practice. Responsible for managing client interactions and facilitating communications between clients, medical providers, and internal teams. Tasks include client intake, case management, and claims processing to ensure effective case progression and client satisfaction. Key duties include handling general office clerical tasks, incoming communications, documentation, preparing reports and correspondence for review by the Managing Attorney, coordinating events/meetings, and supporting practice leadership in a fast-paced environment. Must maintain HIPAA confidentiality and leverage Microsoft Office to organize and manage information.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED diploma required
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Customer service or office/Executive Assistant experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
