Job Summary
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Behavior Technician needed to implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision for children with Autism. Requires high school diploma and a passion for working with children.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have valid Driver License
- A passion for working with children and helping them flourish required
- An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture
- A deep commitment to show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
- Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a plus
- Experience working with children preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others
