Job Summary
Execute high-volume outreach via calls, texts, and emails using HubSpot to guide families through the enrollment process, from initial contact to completed applications. Maintain elite response times and ensure the enrollment dashboard reflects real-time status for every prospective student. Serve as the primary front desk contact, managing incoming communications and maintaining organizational standards for the school environment. Own daily student sign-in/out processes and verify all required enrollment documentation to ensure 100% compliance with state standards. Coordinate logistical onboarding for new students and provide accurate data to support retention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Somali to successfully communicate with our students and families.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role (sales, recruitment, or high-level administration).
- Exceptional tech fluency; ability to master new software platforms within a few days.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in K-12 education, charter schools, or social services.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with Ohio school compliance and SIS platforms.
