Job Summary
Senior QA Lead focused on establishing and maintaining scalable quality standards across Business Support Services. Lead end-to-end quality management, design and operate test automation architectures and CI/CD environments, assign tasks (including outsourced members), and develop automated test scripts for UI and API testing in a global English/Japanese QA team. Strong emphasis on collaboration with users, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous testing improvements and ensure robust test automation across web applications and services.
Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in test automation development or implementation
- Experience using testing middleware or frameworks in any language (e.g., Playwright, JUnit, Test::Unit, unit test, Selenium, Cypress)
- Backend knowledge and application testing experience
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing UI and API tests
