Job Summary
Manage CMC project activities for viral vector production, including manufacturing, release, validation, and shipping studies. Serve as the primary liaison between uBriGene and clients, collecting monthly updates in MS Project and facilitating communication across PD, TT, and GMP teams. Schedule meetings, draft minutes, track action items, and hold team members accountable for milestones. Perform critical path analysis, support scenario planning, and assist in preparing regulatory documents and health authority presentations. Requires a B.S. or MS. in engineering or biological sciences with over 3 years in biologics manufacturing and bilingual English/Chinese skills.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or MS. in engineering or biological sciences degree
- > 3 years of experience in biologics manufacturing, preferably in viral vector production
- Proven experience organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation
- Experience using project management tools (project scheduling and resource management), such as MS Project
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Exceptional team building and stakeholder relationship management skills
- ability to establish rapport, persuade and effectively negotiate with senior management, key stakeholders and functions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous project management experience in the biologics production
- Bilingual skills in English and Chinese
