Job Summary
Customer-focused Member Loyalty Representative needed to welcome members, provide quality service, process transactions, and educate communities about Oportun’s inclusive financial services. Responsibilities include outreach at Oportun locations and partner sites, building relationships with local businesses, and assisting with applications using iPads and QR codes. Role requires travel between designated store locations, weekend availability, and ability to work outdoors year-round. Light housekeeping and general administrative tasks are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people
- Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities
- Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule of hours based on store needs
- Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round to identify new sales opportunities and promote company products and services through designated outreach activities
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, as needed
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment such as, phones, scanners, and iPads
- Ability to organize and file paper documents
