Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative (R13825)

Bilingual English/Spanish Member Loyalty Representative who greets members, processes transactions, educates on Oportun’s inclusive financial services, and supports community outreach at stores and partner locations. Responsibilities include educating and engaging potential members, building relationships with local businesses, conducting outreach at community events and markets, assisting with applications via iPads/QR codes, light housekeeping, and flexible scheduling with travel between designated store locations. Requires strong customer service, communication, and the ability to work both in-store and in outreach settings, including weekends and outdoor environments.
