Job Summary

Bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative responsible for answering inbound calls and digital communications in the Customer Service Department and Contact Center, handling outbound customer and marketing communications, and supporting operations by managing contacts and completing related administrative tasks. Duties include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and voicemails, resolving issues, building customer loyalty through clear communication and empathetic service, handling irate customers professionally, documenting interactions, planning daily tasks, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with the team to meet customer needs. Requires bilingual proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office and online banking). Required Qualifications

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems used to access information, including Microsoft Office and online banking
