Job Summary
Bilingual (English and French) Dealer Services Analyst based in Oakville, Ontario, with Ford Credit. You will evaluate a high volume of credit applications daily, decide on approvals or denials, negotiate terms with dealers, and build strong relationships with Ford/Lincoln dealers over the phone. You’ll balance sales and risk to facilitate vehicle financing for dealers and Ford of Canada, while contributing to dealer and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. This hybrid role requires four or more days in the Oakville office with one remote day, and initial in-person training five days a week for the first four weeks. The position emphasizes effective communication, quick learning, and a proactive approach to growth and development within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to assess credit applications and make swift decisions
- Proven ability to negotiate terms with dealers
- Experience collaborating with Ford/Lincoln dealers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Growth mindset and willingness to rotate into future roles (sales operations, marketing, or business development)
- Comfort with balancing sales objectives and lending risk
