Bilingual Engineering & Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Coordinate the technical process team and establish short-to-medium term process direction to achieve performance objectives. Support capital requests for process optimization and instill continuous improvement methodologies across the operations group. Analyze performance capacity, conduct time and motion studies, and make recommendations for equipment modifications and investments. Investigate recurring quality non-conformities and production losses, review NCR reports, and execute reject reduction projects. Provide training on continuous improvement tools and statistical process control to maintain high technical competency. Support the introduction of new processes, evaluate new technologies, and develop supplier links for flexographic products.
