Job Summary
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via inbound phone calls or emails, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Perform account modifications, handle payment and credit requests, and review account information while documenting communications and following established procedures. Collaborate with departments to provide feedback that enhances sales, marketing, and business processes. Develop thorough knowledge of all products to handle inquiries and recommend suitable services. This role requires full bilingualism in English and French, minimum one to two years of customer service experience, and the ability to work Saturdays. Candidates must pass criminal, employment, and credit background checks and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Fully Bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center/contact center role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application
- Must pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit)
