Job Summary
Manage and maintain the company intranet (SharePoint), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand standards. Develop and execute communication plans aligned with business objectives while writing and editing content for internal channels in English, with French as an asset. Ensure consistency of messaging across audiences and platforms to promote company vision, mission, and values through internal communications. Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate initiatives and operational updates, acting as a liaison between teams to facilitate effective information flow. Collect and analyze feedback to improve communication effectiveness. Fluent in both English and French, with 3–4 years of experience in internal communications and strong writing skills. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field preferred. Salary range C$ 80,000 to C$ 90,000. Hybrid work environment.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in financial services is an asset
