Job Summary
The Bilingual Educational Diagnostician is responsible for assessing the educational needs, learning styles, and program needs of students referred to special education services for grades K-12. Key duties include selecting and administering assessments, compiling and evaluating student information, participating in ARD Committees, presenting staff development training, assisting with IEP implementation, and maintaining documentation required by federal and state law. Candidates must possess a master's degree in educational assessment, a valid Texas teaching certificate, and a valid Texas educational diagnostician certificate or LSSP license, with a minimum of two years teaching experience.
