Job Summary

Provide direct clinical Early Intervention services to Birth to 3 children, delivering home sessions in Spanish under supervision. Serve as the main case manager for assigned families after training, with responsibilities including completing EI evaluations (DAY-C), writing assessments and clinical notes, and contributing to EI supervision. Engage families to schedule sessions and coordinate logistics, attend monthly staff/trainings, and act as the contact for the Tri-Counties Regional Center for each case. Maintain required documentation and certifications, and support program goals under the Early Birds EI framework (DRBI). Requires bilingual Spanish and a Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree is a bonus, with experience serving 0-3 age group and infants/toddlers with developmental delays. Position based primarily in South Ventura County, Santa Barbara, CA, and is part-time.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree is a bonus but not required
  • Experience working with 0-3 and some experience working with infants/toddlers with or at risk for developmental delays/disabilities
