Job Summary
Conduct virtual therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45-60 minute blocks, managing an average caseload of approximately 30 client sessions per week for full-time roles or a minimum of 7 sessions weekly for part-time positions. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes while providing input on strategies and services to support diverse populations. Deliver care to children, families, and adults across mental health, autism, and substance abuse spectrums through a remote setup requiring high-speed internet and a private HIPAA-protected space.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the states of Virginia and Texas
- Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High-speed internet access
- HIPAA protected space to use on a consistent basis for sessions
- Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth
- Must be available for at least 7 sessions per week
