Job Summary
Conduct daily support for individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with activities of daily living including cooking, personal hygiene, and dressing. Administer medication, transport residents to appointments, and facilitate community integration through group activities and events. Collaborate with parents on Individual Support Plans, promote self-advocacy, and maintain shift documentation. Maintain a safe environment while requiring a valid driver's license and operational vehicle. Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Have access to an operational and insured vehicle
- Be willing to use the vehicle to transport clients
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered, team-oriented environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize basic computer applications
