Job Summary
Assist clients with daily tasks including hygiene, meals, and light housekeeping while implementing Individual Support Plan goals. Accompany individuals on community outings, appointments, and errands, providing safe transportation using your own vehicle. Respond effectively to medical or behavioral emergencies and maintain accurate documentation and communication with the administrative team. Available to work weekends with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience as a DSP or in a similar caregiving/support role
- Comfortable supporting individuals with high behavioral needs
- Available to work weekends
- Own reliable transportation for use in transporting clients
- Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance (minimum 100k/300k liability coverage)
- Smartphone with internet access for documentation
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
