Job Summary
Coordinate patient schedules, ensuring efficiency and minimal wait times; present treatment plans, track planned treatments, and follow up with patients; provide excellent customer service, address questions, and resolve concerns; handle registration, billing, collections, and cash posting; maintain accurate patient records and oversee filing/organizational systems; contribute to practice goals by managing schedules and supporting revenue targets; uphold Sunrise Smiles Dentistry policies and standards; assist with additional tasks or projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental setting
- Background in billing and knowledge of dental insurance protocols
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional communication skills (verbal, written, and digital)
- Familiarity with healthcare software and computer systems
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and patient population
