Job Summary
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, and assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures. Take and develop high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays), educate patients on postoperative and general oral health care, and communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients. Maintain strict adherence to all infection control and sterilization protocols while supporting front office and clinical staff in maintaining an efficient daily workflow. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, along with active CPR, X-Ray, and Infection Control certifications. This full-time role includes occasional weekends and requires commuting between Petaluma and Santa Rosa offices.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPR Certification
- Active Dental X-Ray Certification
- Active Infection Control Certification
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Reliable transportation for commuting between practice locations
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional weekends
