Job Summary
The Delfina Doula will serve as a virtual health coach, supporting pregnant patients and new mothers through their healthcare journey. Responsibilities include working with the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols, ensuring adherence to care protocols, and fostering patient engagement. Ideal candidates must have relevant certifications and strong communication skills, and be bilingual in Spanish and English. Experience with Web and mobile technologies and telehealth is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and conversational skills
- Experience with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
- Medicaid (Medi-Cal) approved is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Web and mobile technologies
- Telehealth experience is a plus
