Job Summary
Manage deliverables and timelines with minimal supervision to ensure client tasks and projects complete on time. Process client requests, offer technical support, and perform independent solution analyses to improve customer experience. Implement new interfaces, set up clients on the flexible group insurance plan administration system, and update and validate data. Manage renewals using Flexit while developing test plans for system changes or interface development. Act as the first point of contact for problem solving and coordinate project tasks with internal and external stakeholders. Fluently bilingual in English and French. Hybrid work mode with on-site presence as needed.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma, university degree, or relevant experience in requirements analysis
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of group insurance and of the relationships between user requirements and IT systems in order to offer technical solutions that meet client needs and to support the effective implementation of solutions
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Office Suite and ability to handle and organize data
- Must be fluently bilingual in both written and spoken English and French in order to provide services to our clients and communicate with internal stakeholders in both official languages
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of VBA/SQL interfaces and language is an asset
