Job Summary
Monitor time and case notes submitted by Direct Support Professionals on the company's software system to ensure DHS standards and consumer plan goals are met. Audit mileage submissions for accuracy and timeliness while working with DSPs to maintain correct work schedules and unit allocations. Conduct training on current recording programs and communicate directly with DSSs to verify times, approve overtime, and guide staff struggling with documentation or clocking processes. Submit approved regular and overtime hours to payroll and billing each cycle. This Full-Time role operates Monday through Friday and requires a commitment to the Myers-Davis Life Coaching culture, strong organizational skills, and bilingual proficiency.
