Job Summary
Provide service on a wide range of banking services via telephone and internet; develop customer relationships including account service and sales; answer calls and guide customers to appropriate bank contacts; promote and sell additional bank products; assist with online and mobile banking, debit/credit cards, transfers; assist internal teams with password resets and software functionality; maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment; engage in self-development and adhere to compliance, diversity, and equal employment policies; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Understanding of banking and related products and services typically acquired through 1-3 years of experience in a bank customer service role
- Must work both independently and be a team player
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods on the phone and concentrate visually on a PC
