Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Summary
Conduct in-person and phone customer service for wholesale and retail clients by determining needs, answering product questions, and recommending solutions. Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining visual standards and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Process sales transactions, pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products to specifications, and stock shelves and set up displays. Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries as needed. Maintain precise work order files, comply with inventory control procedures, and suggest ways to improve sales. Work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends while lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- If internal to Sherwin-Williams: received at least a 'meets expectations' (3) rating on most recent performance appraisal
- If internal to Sherwin-Williams: completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position
Desired Qualifications
- At least a High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
